Please refer to the following for our terms of use regarding purchases made via online order.  These terms and conditions are subject to change or be updated at any time.  Please read the terms and conditions carefully before before submitting your order to us.  Should you have any problems or queries please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Online Ordering
  1. A contract between you and Butcher Farrell Ltd will commence upon submission and confirmation of an order with us, showing an agreement to buy the goods you have selected.  You will receive an automatic confirmation by email which will confirm the products and delivery details chosen by you.  Orders may be placed by 10am one day prior to delivery, and is subject to stock and delivery carrier availability.
  2. Should we be unable to accept your order, due to any reasons such as stock unavailability or courier problems, we will inform you of this by email and/or telephone call and we will not charge you for those goods.
  3. In the rare event that selected products become unavailable, we will email and/or telephone you to discuss an alternative option. 
  4. Amendments or cancellations may be made up to midnight 2 days before your chosen delivery day.  Please contact us on 07497004468 or email butcherfarrell@gmail.com for cancellations.  We reserve the right to refuse cancellations made outside of this period due to product provisions already having been made.
  5. Should we require changing the delivery date/ time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will email and/or telephone you to inform you and discuss the action you prefer to take.
  6. We are only able to send nationwide to the UK and to end users only, goods may not be resold.  
Nationwide Delivery Information
  1. It is your responsibility to check the delivery address you provide when ordering to ensure the products are sent to the correct destination.
  2. Our delivery partner, APC, will deliver your order between 8am and 6pm on your chosen delivery day unless you have specifically requested another time.  They will send you a confirmation email when to inform you when they are in possession of your goods.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is able to accept your delivery.  You may instruct APC with a leave safe instruction; however this remains at their discretion.
  4. If your delivery is delayed for reasons outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as is practically possible to inform you.  We will not be liable for delays caused by events outside of our control unless in extreme circumstances.  We will email or telephone you in which case to discuss options of reimbursement or reissuing the order.
  5. The packaging we have chosen for your products will keep your order cool for up to 48 hours from the time of packing.  However we do of course advise meat be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.  Information about how to store your meat as well as dispose of your packaging will be provided in your box.
Allergy Concerns
  1. We will always let you know of any known allergens on the label of your packed goods and/or on our website.  All of our sausages are gluten free.  If a special flavour is available which happens to not be so, we will highlight this on the sticker.  
  2. If you have any specific allergy concerns, please always contact us either before your order on our contact page or via the message box when placing your order.
Questions or Complaints
  1.  Your purchased perishable goods may vary slightly from the images on our website.  We will make every effort to be as accurate as possible but due to the nature of traditional butchery, weights and colours shown on the website are approximations only.
  2. Should you believe your goods received are damaged or defective, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.  You must take clear photographs and email them to butcherfarrell@gmail.com stating your order number and any other useful information to help us understand your concern.
  3. We are unable to process any complaints without photographic proof.
  4. If we agree that the damage has occurred due to our mistake, we will be happy to send a refund via the original payment method made.
  5. You will not be made to pay for incorrect or unavailable items sent to you that we did not inform you of prior to the delivery.
